New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission
The Commission’s mission is to ensure that customers of regulated utilities in the state receive safe, adequate, and reliable service at just and reasonable rates. As directed by the general court in RSA 53-E, the Commission adopted rules governing the implementation and operation of municipal aggregation programs (Puc 2200).

New Hampshire Department of Energy
The Department of Energy was created in 2021 to promote and coordinate energy policies and programs in the state.

ISO New England
ISO New England is the independent, not-for-profit corporation responsible for keeping electricity flowing across the six New England states and ensuring that the region has reliable, competitively priced wholesale electricity today and into the future.
